Following is required to fill up the online admission form:

1. Email id

2. Mobile no

3. Scanned photograph in JPG format under 100 KB

4. Scanned signature in JPG format under 100 KB

5. Scanned copy of Aadhar Card under 150 KB

6. Scanned Semester-I Admit Card under 150 KB

7. Scanned Semester-I Mark Sheet Card under 150 KB

8. Scanned Semester-II Admission Slip under 150 KB

9. Scanned Semester-II Provisional Exam Form under 150 KB

9. Scanned Caste Certificate (if applicable) in JPG format under 200 KB

II. ONLINE PROCESS FOR ADMISSION FOR SEMESTER-II(2023-2027)

The online admission process will have following 8 (Eight) steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of ADARSH CHAMPARAN DEGREE COLLEGE, KOTWA i.e www.acdcollege.co.in

Step 2: Please click on "Student Search" button given on the home page.

Step 3: By clicking on Continue to Student Search find your student information with your filled information.

Step 4: On successful submission of information for new sign up , you will receive sms for your
“User id” and “Password”.

Step 5: Fill up all required information/documents and press the submit button.

Step 6: Online Payment through Payment Gateway, the link provided after submission of all
required documents.

Step 7: Download Filled Examination Form.

Step 8: Submit your Examination form alongwith payment slip at college office counter before due date.
